Terms of Service

1. Who we are

StreamSnipe (the “Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Igor Koval, a sole proprietorship (jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza) registered in the Central Registration and Information on Business (CEIDG) in Poland.

By accessing or using StreamSnipe — including our website, desktop application and streaming services — you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if that is higher, to use StreamSnipe. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your account

You can create an account with an email address and password or by signing in with Discord. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us at support@mail.streamsnipe.live straight away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

4. The Service

StreamSnipe lets you broadcast live video, discover and watch other people’s streams, and use our desktop capture application. We are continuously improving the Service and may add, change or remove features. We may also suspend or discontinue parts of the Service, and we will give reasonable notice where we can.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use StreamSnipe to:

• break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe anyone’s rights;
• upload, stream or share content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or that depicts or promotes violence or the sexual exploitation of minors;
• broadcast content you do not have the rights to, including copyrighted video, music or games where the rights holder does not permit streaming;
• harass, threaten, impersonate or invade the privacy of others;
• distribute malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, or interfere with its normal operation (for example through scraping, denial-of- service, or circumventing access or rate limits);
• resell or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, and where required we may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create and broadcast (“Your Content”). To run the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, encode, reformat and display Your Content for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you and your viewers. Where you use the autoposting feature described in section 11, that licence also covers watermarking Your Content and transmitting it, together with the title, description and tags you supply, to the third-party platforms you have selected. This licence ends when Your Content is removed, except for copies retained in routine backups, as required by law, or already published to a third-party platform at your request. You are responsible for Your Content and confirm that you have the rights needed to share it.

7. Subscriptions, billing and Merchant of Record

StreamSnipe offers a free tier and a paid “Pro” subscription. Our order process and payments are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”). Paddle is the seller of record for your purchase, issues your invoice, and handles payment, billing enquiries and applicable sales tax or VAT. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, unless stated otherwise at checkout) and renew automatically until cancelled.
• By subscribing you authorise Paddle to charge your payment method for each renewal at the then-current price.
• We may change subscription prices. We will give you reasonable advance notice, and changes take effect from your next billing period. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the change takes effect.

8. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile; your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Refunds and the statutory right of withdrawal are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

The Service itself — including our software, branding, logos and design — belongs to Igor Koval or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law.

10. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties: Discord (sign-in), Paddle (payments), and — if you choose to connect them — Google/YouTube, Meta/Instagram and TikTok for the autoposting feature described in section 11. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

11. Connected social accounts and autoposting

StreamSnipe can publish videos to your own accounts on third-party platforms. This is entirely optional and off until you turn it on.

11.1 How it works

From your profile you may connect a YouTube channel, an Instagram professional account and/or a TikTok account. Connecting one takes you to that platform's own login screen, where you decide what to authorise — we never ask for or receive your password. Once connected, you can submit a video with a title, description, tags and a visibility setting, and choose which of your connected services it goes to. We apply a StreamSnipe watermark and upload the result on your behalf.

11.2 You are responsible for what is published

Anything we publish at your instruction is published under your name, on your account, and remains Your Content. You must hold all necessary rights in it — including to any music, footage or game content it contains — and it must comply with the terms and community guidelines of every platform you send it to:

• YouTube Terms of Service — by connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
• Instagram Terms of Use — applies when you connect an Instagram account.
• TikTok Terms of Service and its Music Usage Confirmation — apply when you connect a TikTok account and post through it.

A platform may independently reject, restrict, age-gate or remove anything you post, and may suspend your account there. Those decisions are theirs, not ours.

11.3 Disconnecting

You can disconnect any platform at any time from your profile. When you do, we revoke our access with that platform and delete the stored authorisation from our systems. You can also revoke access from the platform's own settings — see our Privacy Policy and data deletion instructions. Disconnecting stops all future publishing; it does not remove videos already published, which you can delete on the platform itself.

11.4 No guarantee of delivery

Publishing depends on third-party APIs. Uploads may be delayed, rejected or fail because of platform outages, quota limits, content review or changes to their rules, and we do not guarantee that any particular video will be published. While our TikTok and Instagram API clients are pending platform review, those platforms may restrict posts made through us to private or self-only visibility.

11.5 No affiliation

StreamSnipe is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or certified by Google LLC, YouTube, Meta Platforms, Instagram or TikTok. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (such as content licences already granted, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that it will meet your requirements. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Polish or EU law. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to the amount you paid us (via Paddle) in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against reasonable claims, damages and costs arising from Your Content or from your breach of these Terms or of applicable law, except to the extent the loss was caused by us.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. If you are a consumer, you benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence. Otherwise, the courts competent for the seat of Igor Koval in Poland have jurisdiction. EU consumers can also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
